I "thought" the product was arriving in a couple of days. It arrived the PM of the day we left the country, but I received it just fine today when we returned (3 weeks later). Tracking was excellent.

The product came very quickly. I have been disappointed in the past, however, with their response to my questions. I did not receive a response to emails that I sent them.
