MY ORDER WAS TO BE FREE SHIPPING BUT THE PROMO CODE DIDNT WORK AND THE PARTY I SPOKE WITH COULDNT RESOLVE - TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK

I bought four items. Two fit and two were much too big--VERY BAD. I can't trust you enough to order again. I didn't even bother ordering pants from you--all TOO SHORT. (No, I don't need "tall" sizes--the rise will be too high.)

The sweater that I am returning was not obviously flawed. After trying it on, I noticed the flaws, something about the way it was knitted.

The item also had hook and eye type closure along the front that were extremely difficult to use and once you got one hooked, you could hardly unhook it. I couldn't do it myself.

Note -- delivery was left in the rain, so one sweater got very wet. A bit disappointing, but otherwise it worked out well.

Service and cs response excellent. When I was entering the item, it said 50% reduction would be taken at the end of the transaction. Item was not discounted b/c it wasn't on sale. Why did the computer say it was?
