I received the earrings on time, but after unclipping one of the earrings, the clasp fell off and I could not replace. I have returned in original packaging to request replacement. I love the earrings and your service was excellent.

Great experience shopping with Sarraf. When having one of the pieces engraved, product was confirmed as 14K Italian Gold. Could not have been happier with outcome.
