Many of the Murano pendants had small bubble defects and surface scratches on them. Hoping it is possible to get replacement items free of charge also with free shipping.

Couldn't answer some of the questions on the survey, this is a Christmas gift. My husband takes a 4E in width and this slipper only came in a 3E. I hope it will be comfortable for him, if not I will probably return them.
