Clothing looks good in catalog, but cheap in person. I will have to alter some of the tops as they were a little roomy and sleeves were too long. I used Willow's body measurements, but was unsatisfied with the size I ordered.

Instead on one order I received two identical orders so I will have to return one. It took 11 days to deliver. I think this is excessive.

One item was lost in the shipment. It finally got here 11/21/09. One time was back ordered and it arrived on that day too.

I was disappointed with the slacks that I ordered. I trust Willow Ridge with their sizing and this is the first time I have had to return because of slacks were too small.

I used the measurements in the catolog, however the skirt I ordered was way to tight in the hips. I have returned it ordering a bigger size.
