They sent me a letter stating my credit card did not work. But by the time I contacted them the product was not longer available, so I do not know what the real story was.

Somewhat disappointed with order. Based on pictures & descriptions, outfits appeared to be suitable for work. However, upon receipt, items are of a more casual nature. Also, all items were launderedin cold water but several outfits still shrank.

One item is on back order so I can't say if I'm completly satisfied or not. I thought "eggshell" was a more biege instead of white.

As per standard shipping within 5-9 days and shipment was received more than 9 days. I should be using the dress on a wedding but it came late.
