I'm trying to buy a good quality digital voice recorder that has a voice-alarm feature. I can't seem to get any intelligent help from J&R or any other retailer about this, even though I'm willing to spend $100+.

Everything went perfectly except that I was unable to login to my user account to check the status through J and R's site (with my customer/email id). However I did receive the shipping update and tracking info. from J&R which was sufficient.

Keep your product availability updated on your site. Only charge for what you say you're going to charge for. Get your act together. You just lost a loyal customer.

Excellent service and support. Was able to lookup info pertaining to my car to be able to find the right equipment and ensure that it fits.
