Just received partial shipment and backorder for rest. Took about 2+ weeks to get my order and was expecting it sooner. Created some issues with installing the order on a relative's cabinets.

I AN STILL WAITING FOR A CREDIT FOR BACKORDER ITEM CANCELED. AND AN AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN OTHER ITEMS. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FULL ORDER, EVEN THE BACK ORDER ITEMS

I wasn't sure when to expect the package. the info said shipped the next day.I receive packages all the time thru UPS,it took them 3 days to get me the package,not your fault.:)very satisfied otherwise..

Initially, the item I ordered was out of stock, awaiting further stock from the manufacturers. I am, however, happy with the product now that I have received this and hope to install the hardware on my kitchen cabinets pretty soon.
