Easy to order, fast delivery, very good email notification about the ordering and shipping. Ordered this hose reel after having a lot of problems with another seller, Optasia. And with the TheHardwareCity, had no problem. Thank you.

The garden hose I purchased leaks. I have contacted customer service and am waiting for their response. They said they would contact me two days ago and I haven't heard anything yet.
