This was a purchase from REI Outlet. It was advertized that I could use my dividend on this purchase. Nowhere during the checkout process was there any way that I could indicate that I wanted to use that dividend on this purchase. I feel it should...

Really fast service.They have not messed up any of my 15 online orders.I wish I had an issue with REI so I can help out somehow instead of just blowing wind up their skirt.

Since this was a wedding gift the couple had registered for and the order was shipped to them in Duluth, Minnesota I was terribly suprised as to why in the world I would receive 2 emails asking if they received the gift. What the heck is up with...

The reason I purchase from REI -- even though I favor support independent, small (American made) business -- is that I am never refused or hassled when I find the need to return an item.
