I gave high remarks for "arriving on time" because the items did arrive when REI said they would, but I think the shipping is too slow. This happens everytime I order something, and does not seem to matter if it's shipped to store or shipped to my...

REI customer service was great. The product was backordered which wasn't great. The product unfortunately doesn't work properly so I will be returning it for a new one or another product. I will always recommend REI. Great service every time.

I really like the option of picking up deliveries at the store but because I didn't read carefully I ended up making two trips. I'd rather things arrive a little later but that the entire order is included unless, of course, things are back ordered.

Have always had great experience with REI in both the store & on-line. There is never any problem when returning or exchanging items
