The necklace I ordered was very cheap looking,it's personalized so I can't return it but I would if I could.The chain looks like glorified plastic and they did a very poor job of putting the picture on the pendant.

The chat help is good, but after they answered my question, they continued to ask if I was finished, was I ready to check out, could they help me with anything else,..over and over .every few minutes....it was very annoying.

I thought the t-shirt for toadily grandma was oreded in a medium. I know I cannot get this changed since it is personalized but I thought I put in for a medium and received a large.

Me & two sisters got together this summer & I made a picture of all three of us together.I wanted to surprise them with one from canvas for Christmas.I was surprised at how great it looks & like it is painted.Great quality, price & I would do it...

Unsure why my order for a personalized photo tray went through, but then received notice that it was no longer available. Other than that, the entire experience was superb and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend and order again.

I was very impressed with most of the product's. The dog ornament's were a little dissapointing. Personal creation's advertized laser name inscribing on ornament but it was hand written when recieved.
