Footlocker is the best shoe place to buy shoes from. I buy all of my shoes, son's, and boyfriend's shoes from there.

I was very pleased with the the timeliness in which my order arrived and the use of e-mail to keep me up to date with the ordering/shipping process. No shipping charges were key to me placing an on-line order.

I had great delivery, I will not know about the product until Christmas when they open it, so some of the questions do not pertain. Also I think the forms that you have to go thru are a bit much.

footlocker need to have free shipping more often for orders under $50 i shop with finishline.com more often because of their free shipping on everyday item that the store carry. I shop with finishline.com at least twice a month.

You do not have the same selections that are available at the stores and vice versa. Similar product selection would help a great deal.
