I was not satisfied with the delivery - it was supposed to be via UPS and UPS dropped it at the post office - right up the street. We had to wait another day for delivery - the UPS truck went right by our house. For the amount charged for delivery...

I received the wrong merchandise.But the process to return this item was made simple and easy thanks to FL store mgr and it had a happy ending.I was able to purchase a different pair of tennis but I was satisfied with the purchase.

Wish the tracking would be updated every 6 to 12 hours because sometimes it takes weeks before I see the location on the tracking.
