The ease of ordering the shoes i required was great. delivery was as said at the tome of purchase.Love the shoes. My daughter-in-law ordered shoes for her family they are very happy with their purchase. Thank you Foot Locker.

It was all great. One thing they can add maybe i didn't see it is to show that there's an extra fee when delivering to europe.

I was not satisfied with the delivery - it was supposed to be via UPS and UPS dropped it at the post office - right up the street. We had to wait another day for delivery - the UPS truck went right by our house. For the amount charged for delivery...

I received the wrong merchandise.But the process to return this item was made simple and easy thanks to FL store mgr and it had a happy ending.I was able to purchase a different pair of tennis but I was satisfied with the purchase.

Everything about this purchase was really good. The online store is very easy to use and one of the best online stores I have used. I liked getting the tracking information so detailed.
