I received my shipment on time but although it was on the list, I was missing one of my pieces which is the only one I needed in a timely manner. I frantically called customer service and they next-day shipped my missing item to resolve my issue.

My order came ahead of time; took only 4 days. My back order came ahead of time, as well, and came 3 days ahead of the scheduled date. I just wish it hadn't been a backorder in the first place. Better here than not at all, I guess. :)
