As always, Bluefly shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. I really have no idea how their telephone customer service works, because I've never had an issue that I needed to address. Thanks Bluefly!

My wife was extremely happy with the stock that was ordered the competetive price of the goods and the speed of the delivery. The packaging was supurb ensuring delivery in good order.

My C3 blue cashmere sweater asian symbol is amaizing The quality of cashmere is one of the best I found. I will buy one more have the money. I also love the bluefly shopping bag the items come in nice touch! i will be back

I appreciate the fact that Bluefly has a lot of sales on their products, but I recently purchased an item that went on sale that same afternoon. I was unable to ascertain if there was a policy that address that issue like there is for many other...

The package was received on 02NOV09, and I could see Bluefly was going to credit me $680. But, why did I not receive the email until yesterday, 11NOV09, after I began disputing my transaction on my credit card? Did the dispute prompt the email?

Love the merchandise, prices are high. These days, you can get amazing designer wear on Gilt.com, Ebay, at designer clearance sales, etc. so I rarely pay the Bluefly prices- I guess I was just really wanted this particular shirt I ordered.
