Impressed w/quality of the items purchased,loved both sweaters, but one was too large looking for my small frame. Bought size I usually wear, both similar styles, same brand, but one was too large, could have taken a size smaller, but wasn't...

I love the items I purchased. They are as expected. I think when special offers come within one week after purchases it would be nice to put the equivalent amount into the customer's Bluefly account as a credit off a future order.

My only complaint is that I signed up for email updates, but then have received emails EVERY DAY since. I quickly unsubscribed. I definitely don't want to hear from any retailer more than once a month.

Shipping was fast, but not happy about the actual product. Lock did not open very easily, purse very heavy weight, not accessible. Not impressed with product design but very easy to use bluefly's website and return instructions were very clear.

The items are a gift and were sent to another address. I can't answer any questions about the package contents until I arrive there Dec. 21 and open it.

As always, Bluefly shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. I really have no idea how their telephone customer service works, because I've never had an issue that I needed to address. Thanks Bluefly!
