I was very disappointed to learn because this was a refurbished product that I will not have any support from Netgear. There should have been a notice stating this before purchased.

one item was wrong on the order which caused a delay, Geeks.com did correct this problem quite quickly. I am impressed with how quick customer service resolved this problem and got me the correct part.
