The only problem I had was that there was not a printer cord included in the box. I rec'd only the power cord. This was a Dell printer & was packaged in the Dell box.

Placed the order on Sunday the 12th. Was called on the afternoon of Monday the 13th at my home number to verify that I placed the order. Then a few hours later I receive an e-mail telling the laptop I ordered wasn't available and they cancelled...

pcRUSH.com supplied the product at the lowest cost. The product arrived in a seal box, and was in excellent condition. I have installed the wall mount unit, and it works perectly.

it would have been nice if you dumbasses put OUR ADDRESS on the label- we're lucky the delivery company had some snap and knew the company's address- But, they sent it to another one of our venues, NOT HERE because you igmoes didn't put our address...
