I recieved an rc truck an heli heli works great truck dose not move Forward and wen it does move in reverse it glitches and the tires Turn

These items I ordered were supposed to be for the ages of 8years and up.They are very difficult for my boys of 8 years and 10 to operate.Can these items be returned?

the latest mosquito V2 was missing a stabillzer bar connector however i had extras i had ordered so i could fix it. i have emailed 3 times and have not heard back

The product it exactly as I found on the web site. I would have liked to have better instructions in english. I had to go to to a competitor's web site to set up the transmitter with the simulator program on the computer.

the part was right but it was the wrong size to large. There are no meaursements to see if it in fact the right size. I need parts for a micro 3D series Jiayuan copter.
