I was very content with the purchasing and shipping process but I was not happy with the product I received. The temperature on my straightener does not stay hot and it ruined the ends of my hair.

I really did enjoy using stylebell. It is the only place I could find exactly what I was looking for, which is good because I absolutely love my product. But there was an item that did not get sent to me. Im sure that they will correct it though.

Your customer service representative was very nice and patient with me regarding my GHD flat iron.I am still baffled that GHD is absolutely clear that you are not an authorized seller of their products and that I may have purchase a fake GHD product.

i purchased the shampo and conditioner from Morraccan oil and it was very drying, used it once and contacted your staff about a return. they refused to take these 2 items back (shampoo and conitioner)

Everything was great except by the time I recived the shipment notice I have already recived my item. :( I also could not track my order or even find record to track it on the website.
