This is my second purchase from Tieguys.com I was very happy with my first purchase. This time I was disappointed to not have been able to purchase my first choice but the customer service person was very helpful in helping me find another.

Product exceeded my expectations - customer service - what a treat to not get caught up in a loop of messages and to get to a real live person who had the knowledge needed. Will definitely be back and will let the word out about them.

Product (2)Solid Black Zipper Ties for $19.90 were exactly what I wanted. Problem was I purchased them with the understanding there was to be no shipping charge. To my surprise I was BILLED $4.00.
