The two batteries arrived quickly. Only way it could have been better service is if they had driven over to install them. LOL Level8technology ROCKS in my opinion.

I thought that I would receive a refund but instead I received a replacement AC adaper that was the proper fit for the HP computer. In thinking that I would receive a refund, I order an adapter from HP. I now have 2 adapters which is OK.

I would like to have 2 batteries that perform as well as the previous batteries that I have purchased from your company.POOR battery life and both are Compaq F730 US pcs.Neither pc can achieve 30 minutes on battery.

There is nothing wrong with your product. I was hoping this replacement would solve my laptop problem but it did not. My laptop is defective in another area. I need to return my purchase since I no longer need this new part.

Shipped product appeared to be used but it works and lasts long. The Windows XP power meter shows fluctuating time remaining, though. Is it the software?
