I bought Carrot Ink cartridges for my Canon MX300 a while back; they were lousy. I decided to try them again hoping the prior ones were in a bad batch. After a few pages (limited coverage) the color ran out of ink. I won't buy Carrot for the Canon...

I was disappointed that I the items were identified as in stock when I ordered, and the next day I found out they were backorders. Once the ink came in, I believe shipping was expedited.

I was a bit surprised to find that black cartridges were packaged differently and the shipping document indicated something about "compatible" cartridges. It appears that the black cartridges are not truly CARROT brand. They appear fine, but...

Your website is still not clear on your product not working w/the prntrs' ink capacity feat. Product definitely works fine, but I have to take extra steps to print. I don't mind that the ink capacity doesn't work, I am just saying you shd document...
