I actually received a different version of the fitdeck that was sent to your warehouse. I sent an email to your customers service area and was promptly called with a followup call the next day to tell me my order was sent. Great job.

I was expecting free shipping, but paid $14 because I live in HI. I emailed Fitness Anywhere, and was told the rules were in the small print. The cost difference would have been marginal between UPS on the mainland and USPS Priority mail to HI.

My DVD didn't play correctly and I left a voicemail late in the day. I was shocked that I received a call back the same day!! They quickly shipped me another DVD and then followed up again with another phone call. Wow, how rare is that?
