i did not recieve my order ,and only 4 days after that , they tried to reach me by mail . i made de order on friday evenig , and got a contact only on tuesday .

Awesome well run organization with knowledgable accessible staff on the phone. Great service and delivery with zero improvement needed. One important item that needs to be resolved - my billing address is in Canada and ship to in Michigan and this...

Model 851 cuff is very difficult to use - it apparently must be tightened before placing on arm.Please confirm this - do you make a different cuff for this model, or are all your cuffs the same?I tried to get a Customer Service person today (4/4/12)...

One item was Dead On Arrival. I had to return product, at my own expense, to the manufactur for replacement.
