Was offered a discount by an e-mail from Gordon's but did not enter it online and could not contact anyone right after the purchase. Would like to know if it can be applied now.

I returned my item to the Deerbrook Mall store and the salesperson told me that I could not return my item there unless I exchanged it for something else. She instructed me to go to Greenspoint Mall which was a long distance. Not a happy camper.

I think Gordon's is the best Jewelers' store aroung. I have never had a bad experience with either purchasing nor paying my bill.

Website was down when I wanted to fill out a credit application. I was not happy that customer service said I could not be helped by them.

The two items I bought surpassed my expectations. The Victorian necklace was much larger than anticipated but simply beautiful. The cat was just the right size and the diamonds sparkled. My daughter will love it.

One came wrong size and store wouldn't exchange, charged me $30 to resize it. Other ring was engraved wrong. Store sent it to be fixed and still hasn't come back. I'm very upset and disappointed in this order.
