I ordered this for my son and it took 2 weeks. I get stuff through E bay a lot quicker and can track my order. I got an email saying to keep costs down there was no tracking available!

It was back ordered and eventually came. Communication was good. Pleased with item. Don't like Constant emailes asking me to complete a survey when I thought I was just acknowledging recipt of order.

I am pretty much satisfied with everything concerning the transaction. I received the poster tube yesterday but must tell you that I have not opened it yet. I am sure what I ordered is there so I have no worries or complaints. Thanks, John

I was very dissapointed.I got a coupon for free shipping and couldn't use on overnight shipping;No specifications were regarded against the coupon as to whether I could use it on overnight shipping or not.Then it took a week for my posters to arrive.

I ordered a framed poster and only received the poster in the mail. After speaking to customer service she said she would sent the frame and that it was very easy to put together. I was very unhappy when the poster arrived

The USPS delived the posters on a rainy day and left the package sitting in the rain. Lickly my neighbor say it and brought it inside. If it had been there all day, the posters would have been ruined. You might want to talk to your delivery...
