The pair of diamond stud earrings were received on time for my mother's birthday. I spoke with Jay over the phone and he led me through the process and was really helpful. My mother was ecstatic with the earrings. Will definitely order from here...

Do not deliver what they promise. Ordered diamond studs, D,Fl. When I received them took them in for appraisal and they were graded J, SI1. Second appraisal the same. After several discussions with Jay, it turns out that they do not use accepted...

I am still waiting for the certification that was promised to me in email and it has not yet been received. The quality was not what was expected based on knowledge and expectation from studying gem grading.
