OneTri.com did a very good job by sending this item on time and very quickly. The only thing I'm mad about is the french customs and French delivery postal service which are incredibly incompetent.

What I ordered is 2009 de soto 400 miles bib short but I received 2008 product and I am extremely not happy about it. I am too busy to deal with this now.

I am disappointed that I was able to order the product when it wasn't even available. Secondly, they should have notified me right away that the product wasn't available. I had to contact customer service when I noticed my order wasn't going...

I appreciate the quality of customer service I received. Although the product I ordered was out of stock and took quite a few weeks to receive, it was great having customer service tell me what was going on and when I could expect my order.

I would have been 100% satisfied with the order, except they sat on it for 2 days and charged me $16 more than promised, when, if they would have just moved more quickly, I would have had the order for $16 less. Publish realistic shipping time...

Even though on of my items was on back order, the staff contacted me right away to notify me of the delay. I was a bit disappointed the items took so long to get here, but appreciated the involvement of the One Tri staff in notifying me.
