When I had to call customer support on two separate occasions the repasentative answered the call with a "hello" & "hi". In my opinion very up professional.

Prescription for left eye not correct, but I don't want to wait "30 days" or pay additional shipping, per vendor's policies, for them to fix it. I'll see a local optrician instead. OK for frames, however I'd use a local shop for lenses.

Glad I was able to find the Oakley Coto 2.0 frames I was looking for. They are a discontinued style but I was still able to get them from you. Thanks a million! They are awesome!!!

The only complaint is glasses we pick out were not in stock. We were unaware of this when ordered so the process took longer than suspected. Woul be nice to know right away when you order.
