Delivery took 12 days!!and one out of three bottles ordered not received. Store did not care to inform me that one item was out of stock, and did not refund my money, or say that it will follow, and when. Not very efficient!

Items returned are not what was ordered. Items where damaged or box of the merchandise damaged or broken. Never told prior to buy merchandise if it was available or out of stock.

I ordered 3 items, 1 did not arrive with the shipment. Emailed customer service and didn't get a response in 24 hours, had to call customer service. Promptly refunded for the item when asked. Should not charge for items not shipped.

They were great! BizRate did the price comparisons, which made selection a snap. They were the cheapest in cost of anyone.

The small bottles of Ralph LAuren was wrong. And the body powder was not available and I was charge for the item I was told the item was dicontinued? The items I have are nice although the Lauren is wrong. i

I called to get tracking information because none was included in an email and while on hold, they hung up on me. I'm sure it was an accident so I got on the site chat to speak with CS and got my tracking information.
