the crome colone did not have the aroma of past bottles i have purchesed at retail stores,is the one i bought from your company a knock off of the real brand?

This was ordered so that I could have it in time for a birthday that was on Sunday the 22nd. Everytime that I have ordered on line the item has been delivered when it said it was going to be. This showed up at 5:30 on Monday the 23rd.

i received my order half of it was out of stock, it didn't state if i was going to receive it at a later date. however, it did show on the total on my receipt. i guess i'll have to wait till my statement comes in to see if i was bill

I did not received all the items I order; however, I was still charged for the items. Please forward the other items I order or refund my purchase/shipping for those items.

Delivery took 12 days!!and one out of three bottles ordered not received. Store did not care to inform me that one item was out of stock, and did not refund my money, or say that it will follow, and when. Not very efficient!

Items returned are not what was ordered. Items where damaged or box of the merchandise damaged or broken. Never told prior to buy merchandise if it was available or out of stock.
