I sent TeaCuppa several emails, never received a response. I just received my order, smelled like oil/coal, not at all like the fragrant tea I expected. I tried the tea-it was HORRIBLE! I would like to return the tea, but don't expect cooperation.

There were some glicthes inthe delivery process and the product descriptions could stand some improving other than that I would order again.

I did not got my product, at least got a refund, their mail system do not work, the message on their webpage are not answered, so how do they expect to contact customers if they do not have the right tools/people to do it?

Product was dispatched promptly but not arrived after 1 month so contacted Fedex in the UK. They traced it in Malaysia & said consignment note had become separated from the package, but they had managed to join them together & send the package to...

i must admit i thought i ordered two large bags of my special tea but must have not pressed the right button . very annoying. instead i got two 50 gram bags along with my 1lb bag. i will check next time... dlrob
