Good products. My reason for returning one of the product back was simply that fact that it did not look right on me. This is the risk for buying online as opposed to trying in the stores.

looking for jeans identified at the Somerset store in an alt.size, was told that they could not access on-line ordering system. Tried to do a store "item locate" - the jeans were not available in the size desired. I returned home and ordered on-line.

The online order changed when I hit the order button. The order could not be cancelled. One staff member hung up on me when I wanted to discuss the cancellation. Another staff member offered to grant discount but I never received an invoice.
