received a notice via mail of return specs AFTER I returned the watch. I then received letter telling me I had not shipped item back to seller. Don't know who has watch, though I shipped it to the EXACT address from seller.No credit watch.FURIOUS!

The U. S Postal Service shipping was bad. they delivered the product to a wrong address and I got it 6 days later (11/14/09). Change to UPS!

Did not size watch band to the right size I took it to a seiko dealer and he sized it to 7 1/2 inches as I ordered from you, cost $10.00.

At first, I was reluctant on the purchase & authenticity of product. Better Business Bureau approved, spoke volumes. I was not diappointed by either; process to order, tracking of item, packaging and, product. I am very satisifed. Thank You So Much!

Discountwatchstore.com made a good work, all watches are in perfect condition, dilvered on time, all issues were resolved quickly. Very polite and operative personel. I am glad, that I have choosen that store and will return for further shopping.
