My order came 8 days after I ordered it. I would like to see a much quicker delivery time. Also, I would like to receive an e-mail with tracking info.

I received a defective item, tried numerous times to call for a return authorization then I finally faxed my request. When I did get the authorization, the instructions weren't very clear. I tried again to contact, no luck, still trying.

The watch I ordered did not work. I didn't want to spend more money on S&H so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another watch and a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the non-working watch. You do not provide free return labels.
