Called number provided all I get is a recording. Leave messages - they do not call back! I emailed too, nothing. I ordered GE Name brand batteries, they sent me GENERIC. Generic batteries on other site $1.94 they charged me $7.94. VERY...

Returned an earler order that I ordered wrong on 9-30-09. Returned on 11-02-09 and have not heard back.It was a BT50 battery.Tran. 90S24377PU7542742.Would like to hear back. Mel

I am still charging the battery - it was completelly discharged when i received it. I am not sure if it works, but if it doesn't i will let you know. ☺

For the particular style battery that I needed, there were a variety of brands on your web site. I specifically ordered the GE brand, because I do not trust the off brands. But you sent me the off brand anyway. Not what I ordered.

One little battery took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Then the battery appears that it may not have a full charge (or ability to keep the full charge - shows charged, but really isn't - still testing).

I don't know why it took so long to get from NJ TO Wheeling, W,va..., I Bought this on wednesday 9-30-09 it left your place on Saturday 10-3-09, I got an Email Notice to that affect. this transaction took entirely to long. J.R.
