the order arrived on time and in good condition. my problem is technical. HP and computer memory both stated that these 2 modules would work fine in the unit i orderd them for. But infact they donot.

One of the memory cards did not fit my computer. I returned it and have yet to heard back from them.

The shipping method and tracking information did not provide value or even on-time details about status of transit. This may be a limitation of the service since the combination of UPS and USPS makes it unclear about what happening.
