The delivery was surprisingly quick. The slight negative is that the products I ordered (2 sets of jumbo feet) were pushed together in the box, so they are squashed and need to be re-shaped. I'm not sure how well that will work.

received my costume, bag opened and dress was torn. I called left several voice messages no response back. then I e-mailed explained problem got e-mail back stated that they are going to send me another one. We will see!

Much better than I ever expected! The quality (the costume and the mask) turned out to be better than anything in any of the stores and it was only about $24 prior to shipping. I was very excited!

i was upset cause i had my self measured and everything and my costume did not look like the online it was poorly made for the money i spent and hopefully will be getting back!THE SIZES SUCK!!!
