I was very happy with the products and service that I received from JJGames. One game does not work. I wrote to let them know and received a prompt apology and offer to replace the defective item. I am very happy and impressed with this company.

Thanks so much for your care. I was able to change my order before it shipped, due to ordering a game my kids already have! You were very helpful in making. The controller is perfect (couldnt wait til xmas!) but the games, we are saving til xmas.

Most of the games I received were dirty. One had soda-pop stains on it. None of the contacts on any of the games had been cleaned. Overall the product was fair for the price paid, but I would have liked to have received the games already cleaned.

The game discs are of good quality, with no scratches or noticeable gameplay glitches. The front and back of the 2-disc case are not connected to the case at all and is in poor condition. I would have liked to have known about that before my...
