I asked Kayla from customer support if I purchased an item, could it be shipped via U S Mail. She took my info and I received my order via Mail.

I bookmarked this website has soon as I found it. The items offered appear to be of excellent quality. I will definitely shop at My Jewelry Box again, not only for myself, but for gifts. It is definitely worth looking at.

I was disappointed with the size vs the picture provided, I expected the stone to be a little bigger, I am returning it and have alread ordered another.

Quality of the item I purchased is poor - the stone is completely clear, not aquamarine, and looks like white topaz. Also, the mounting is cheap and thin,and I would anticipate it bending or breaking from average use in only a few months.

I ordered a ring, paid for express shipping to ensure I would receive it on time. A day after I expected it (giving the company full time to size it) I sent an e-mail inquiry and called twice to resolve the late shipment.

The earrings did not arrive for 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered. They are extremely tiny - not at all how I had pictured when reading the measurements in discription.

Great Site. Always easy to locate the item I want. Staff was nice. Took about 8 days for delivery which is ok with free shipping.
