customer service speaks broken english and rambles on about there process about returning an item when i didnt call to here there situation, I just wanted to know how to get an item returned and to get a refund. then i got the wrong info on shipping...

The worst merchant. No invoice and no status until I contacted them. Then they told me the items I purchased were out of stock and the manufacturer did not ship international. I bought from BundleCity website and what the heck had anything to do...
