Only complaint is that I arranged to have the ring arrive on May 1, which was the only day for several weeks that I was available to meet the Fedex delivery. I received an Email that the ring would arrive on April 30, so I had to have the ring held...

The website was very easy to use. I selected my ring and the product was shipped on time and once I received it, it totally met and went above what I expected. I hope to never buy another engagement ring but would use James Allen again if I do.
