Your website is confusing to order from compared to other websites who sell similar items. We needed to contact customer support. They were quite helpful, but it's annoying when you have to have to call someone help you with a simple purchase.

Quality of product was way below what we expected. Example the Deposit books did not come with protective divided to use between carbonless allowing transfer to other original. Plus additional issues. Checks paper quality was marginalat best

Zipcode on banks address is wrong on checks,of course I wanted it changed w/o having to pay for extra shipping charges.I was denied inexpicably.CSR said checks are still acceptable and usable even with wrong zipcode,I have to pay for the return s/h...

The product was fine, delivery time was excellent. The only compliant I have is shipping costs seemed to be too high considering the product purchased and the weight of the product.
