This was one of the worst experiences I have had with ordering and trying to receive a shipment. No information was ever emailed about my order and it sat in limbo for 2 days when I payed for overnight shipping. Hopefully, I will receive my order...

It took a week to process and ship the item. The item was not properly packaged and arrived damaged. Returned item to store and manager replaced it. Should have purchased it at the store in the first place.

The items ordered were swapped out for another item of lesser value. Customer support was excellent but the UPS link was not downloadable therefore I needed to spend an extra $11 to return my items. For this I am very dissatisifed.

THE PACKAGING OF THE CYMBALS I ORDERED WAS A LITTLE CRUDE. I PURCHASED 2 CYMBALS AND LUCKILY THE WERE NOT CRACKED FROM SLIDING AROUND IN THE BOX
