I received my order today,a little late,but I don't live around a big city,so being able to purchase product over the Internet,and to have the Item be more then you figured on,Is wonderful. I was looking at your fireplaces,and your quality.U win.

I received my order but the remote control does not work. I have contacted Dimplex but can not seem to get past the recorded messages. I am pleased with the fireplace overall except I expected the remote control to work.

I am still waiting for my peices to arrive that were damaged. Half of the fireplace was damaged and the bulbs were shattered with broken glass everywhere on the inside.

Shipping box was damaged alot and was left outside my door. I found the wood cabinet to have scratches an a chip out of the bottom front. I called and received 10% off to fix it myself. I don't know if I'm going to order again for fear of damage.

I'm very happy with it except that either the remote doesn't work, or else the battery to the remote is dead because one way or the other, it doesn't work except by manually pushing the controls on the unit itself.

i called 10/23/2009 to report a defective part. I was told that I'd be e-mailed with instructions on how to do this......have'nt heard a word.

Shipping was fast, but logs were broken when I opened the fireplace doors. I called cust service they were great and easy to deal with. They sent me new logs with no problems. Csn did a great job. Thank you.

fire place came with loose screws i had to tighten. not worth sending back.inconvenience.
