when i received the 14kt white gold 8mm band, I was taken away. It was perfect. i was pleased with the ring and the black box it came in. I will be back. I am a customer for life. Oh the customer services was great and professional.

I placed the order and because my mailing address and shipping address were different I had to supply a copy of my dl & cc to verify to ship the item to my household NOT my mailing address

The item was the wrong size and I contacted Customer Support via email to see what we could do about it in a fast manner since we were 1 week away from our wedding. Customer Service never replied back.

I was very very pleased with the quality of the stones. The ONLY complaint I have is that this was a surprise for my wife and I had asked that they not call my home phone number and they did. Luckly, my wife didn't answer the phone.
