Probably an honest mistake , x-heli has always treated me well. Wrong item sent , and me being an honest person, called and told them. Item shipped was 30 dollars more than what I ordered!! All was resolved to everyone's satisfaction by x-heli.

The items purchased are for Christmas gifts, and have not really seen the items in action yet, but happy with the ordering and delivery so far. Hopefully will be just as happy after products are taken on a test drive.

I got the Shark S5 and it is a good heli but fragile and if it breaks you may not return it to be fixed because it is a mini. I should have stuck with what i was going to getin the first place which was a bigger 3 channel heli.

I thought I was ordering the 2.4GHz version of the helicopter but must have clicked on the 72MHz version. Somehow there should have been a much clearer indication of exactly what I was ordering. Maybe there was and I just didn't see it.
