My overall shopping experience was very pleasant. But i was disapointed with my purchase. the cloths i ordered were advertised as lint free, not so said wary consumer.

I have not received my order period!!! I got a 2 delay notices and nothing else! I ordered almost 2 weeks ago! I very much wanted this product as I have textured ceilings and thought this might just do the trick--but looks like it's not happening...

The product I ordered was not in stock at the time of order. Simplygoodstuff did charge my credit card even though it took well over a month for the product to arrive. In 2012 it's inconceivable that a company doesn't have an inventory system that...
