The issue of an unused gift certificate is still unresolved in spite of my contacting customer support via both phone and email. I have been a consistently happy customer until now.

Wider range of sizes to include women's petite on more items would be very useful. There is rarely anything available in 16WP-18WP. I love your styles and selection and would even do some minor alterations.

The size tag did not correspond with the actual size of the slacks. I need 16, not 8 or 10. They were a lot too small. First mistake you have made on my orders!

I really wish you had more clothes in Womens sizes. I find something I really love and get disappointed when I see it is not available in my size.
