I was not informed that the item was on backorder and had not been received by you. I was expecting the item a week before it actually came.

My order was placed on10/19 and the items did not arrive untill Nov 1. They shipped Fede and gave me a tracking number which was my cell phone number. When to Fedex site and it would not work. They had gret prices but will not use again.

Great company. Good discounts. Product was not delivered to the right address, but the person it was delivered to brought it to me. This is not EZContactsUSA's problem, but was the only negative thing in regards to the order.
