Prior to my purchase, I talked with a representative via online chat and I was extremely pleased with the way this rep. handled my questions and to say the least, this rep.'s response prompted my purchase now (Hepa Filter for a 582A machine).

We recieved our air purifier and have noticed within 24 hours a major difference in the quality of our air. Wished we would have done this years ago.

I find the sensors don't seem to work, well, especially the sensor for odor/smoke. I use the fan level setting.

I love the product. It is so quiet you don't even know that is is running.We have a large Great Room, and it is working perfect.I would recommend this product to everyone.

Olivia Raya was fantastic. We had a small problem with a bent prefilter. She suggested a way to test the problem. It worked. Saved RabbitAir some buck and bought strong loyalty from us.

I couldn't believe that I got my RabbitAir the day AFTER I ordered it online. It was incredibly easy to assemble and the QUIETEST machine I have ever heard in sleep mode. It will take a little more time to see if it helps my allergies.
